1. Using this site
By using this website you agree to these terms. The site offers wellness sessions, community events, and related products. Content is provided for general wellbeing information and is not medical advice.
2. Bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling
Session bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. You may cancel or request to reschedule online up to 7 days before your session start time. Inside 7 days, please contact us directly and we will do our best to help. Cancelled sessions release the time slot for others.
3. Orders and payment
Product orders are confirmed when placed. Payment is completed by emailed checkout link or in person, as selected at checkout. Digital items are delivered by email; physical items are shipped to the address you provide.
4. Accounts
Creating an account is optional. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for the activity on your account.
5. Liability
Participation in wellness activities is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Udaya Journeys is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or its services.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies from its last-updated date.
